Board policy AR5121 includes this statement on incomplete grades.

'An incomplete is given only when a student's work is not finished because of illness, other excused absence, or failure on the part of the teacher to contact parents/guardians as required by the previous paragraph. If not made up within four school weeks, the incomplete will become an F.'
