Excellent standards-based language arts lessons, many on-line resources for student use. I believe it covers 1-12 grades. I have found many effective lessons for intermediate/middle school level.

Web-delivered lessons based on literature sources. They are designed for the classroom with an online computer. The lesson comes with a student and teacher edition, a rubric, and links to standards. The lessons are divided into K-3, 4-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
This site comes from Education World and has twenty-five different lesson plans for creating interesting and unique book reports. This is best used with K-8 students.
