Hi, I'm Anthony Peronto.
I'm a junior in high school and guess where I live! Yeah, that's right,
you guessed it, Kotzebue! Hurray! Can't you feel the excitement of living
in a barren town with high paying jobs and high costs of everything else!
You don't? Well I sure do! But even though I hate living here, I wouldn't
take it back for the world. It's been pretty ok living in Kotzebue actually,
despite gas prices and the occasional risk of frostbite. Many things have
changed since I moved here, some good and some bad. But enough rambling
about where I live. How bout I talk about something else, like my family.
Well first of all, my brother and sister, who today are about 30 years
old, both have two kids. One works for the Anchorage Daily News and the
other is a weatherman in the Air Force; hey it beats getting killed in
Iraq, right? Oh right, my bro and sister's names areMichael and Angela
Main (Main because of my mom's previous marriage). But onward to my parents!
My "old man" is Vance Peronto, crime-fighting vigilante of the
Alaska State Trooper and a former Army Ranger. And my mum is Ernestine
Peronto, a nurse working at Manillaq helping save lives everyday. But
anyways, that's about it ladies and gentleman, I hope you enjoy the rest
