Favorite People

The people I look up to in my family are mostly my parents because they taught me a lot in life and they showed me how to love one another. They encourage me to go after what I believe in and go after my dreams. They are always there for me in the stands cheering me on in a sport I play in and I will really miss them cheering on the stands during the game. I also look up to my sister Maureen because she is a loving mother of four beautiful children and she surprises me on the stands when I moved here to Kotzebue. Before our Nome game, she walked through the door with my nieces and I was so happy to see them. She also supported me on the stands in Barrow for my last regional games, she had planned it since January and I did not know that until she was sitting on the bench right before the tip off. My uncle Leo Ticket Sr., I love my uncle so much because he spoils me and surprised me at the Kotzebue Klassic, my last home game. There are no words on how much I can describe the care I got for my uncle. My Aana Frances Ballot is the most caring and loving person ever. She will welcome you with open arms and take good care of you. I love her so much and she means a lot to me. Neale Caffin is one of the greatest councilor ever. He is one heck of a guy because he's got the biggest heart in Selawik for the people he cares for. Jackie Thomas (JT), JT and I have been hanging out since I have moved here to Kotzebue. She's so awesome to be around because she just makes everything so funny. We always have a good time together. What else can I say, We're One of a Kind!! We're like two Peas in a Pod! Cynthia & Jackolyn McCoy, I've known these girls since they first moved to Selawik. They taught me how to play barbies and all kinds of stuff. I did not know that much about barbies because all I did growing up was hanging out with my brothers and I have a lot of guy cousins. So, I hung out with them, until they showed up :P. The Sr.'s (Chasity, Wendy, and Becka) and the rest of the girls on the girls basketball team, I'm going to miss playing on the court and hanging out on ball trips. If I did not mention your name, I love you too =]. It was fun while it lasted and I'm sure you guys will have fun next year. For the upcoming Sr.'s, have fun and play hard next year. I love you guys all and wish you the best in life. So, I love family events because you see I have ONE big family and I'm a family type of gal.
