ADMISSIONS

ADMISSION PROCESS
Applicants are encouraged to apply at least three months before classes begin. The following three requirements must be met and the completed forms must be submitted to the ATC Admissions Office (there is no application fee):

• ATC Application Form.
• Transcripts—Copies of all transcripts from high school and any post-secondary schools attended during the past five years must be submitted.
• Two letters of recommendation from non-family members.

How applications are processed—
Due to limited space, it is ATC policy to admit students on a first-come, first-serve basis. An applicant may be admitted into a specific program based upon:

• Completeness of application file.
• Interest, aptitude and academic achievement.
• Physical ability to perform training activities in a manner that would ensure reasonable opportunity for success.

Personal Interviews—
Certain programs may be co-sponsored by industry. Therefore, in the process of selection, applicants may be required to participate in a personal interview prior to final decision.

Advanced standing/Transfer of Credit—
ATC cannot guarantee the transfer of credits or certificate earned at another educational institution. The transfer of credits/certificates in as the discretion of the receiving school according to applicable standards.
