Physics
Last semester in physics the students built rockets, predicted how long, and high they would fly. Then we launched and measured their altitude. We also learned about velocity, acceleration, free fall, and projectile motion.
This semester we're working with forces, friction, and friction coefficients. We also used Vernier equipment to gather data on forces as well as motion, a topic from the 1st semester.
