Home to approximately 300 people, Ambler is located near the Kobuk and Ambler Rivers about 138 miles northeast of Kotzebue and 45 miles north of the Arctic Circle. Ambler’s school consists of 69 students, 94 % of whom are Alaskan Native. There are 7 teachers who incorporate bilingual,technology, music, art, PE, and many more topics into the school curriculum.
