    CITC's Sr.NYO Games:

    This years’ Senior Games will consist of TWO competitions:

    1. Virtual Competition: Athletes will submit their attempts, via video submission, within three one-week timeframes in the following events:
      1. Week One:         Alaskan High Kick, Scissor Broad Jump, and Wrist Carry.
      2. Week Two:         Two-foot High Kick, Kneel Jump, and One-hand Reach
      3. Week Three:      One-foot High Kick, Seal Hop and Toe kick

    Medals will be awarded to the 1st – 5th place winners in each event.

    1. Live Stream Competition: The top five athletes that place in the Virtual competition, in the following events, will compete in their hometown via live stream:
      1. Alaskan High Kick
      2. Two-foot High Kick
      3. One-foot High Kick. 

    State Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each event.

    NWABSD will award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place for each event after results have been submitted in. 
     
    Student Eligibility
    Grades:          9th-12th. 
    Practices:       Same 7 practice rule 
    Academics:   All academic policies apply to NYO the same as other district sponsored events.
