This is my third year of teaching in the Northwest Arctic school district.  I previously taught Mathematics in Buckland.  I decided to come to Kotzebue to teach Process Technology to help young people in the region prepare for these important jobs in the Mining, Oil & Gas, and other process industries that are available in Alaska.  I feel that my background in Mechanical Engineering prepares me well to provide this important skill to the residents of Northwest Alaska and surrounding regions.  Take some time to research jobs in these industries and you will find openings that require candidates with AAS degrees in Process Technology.  That is what we are doing here at the ATC.
