Mrs. Noe is the daughter of Frank and Sue Houser.  She was born and raised in Alaska and spent several years in the Lower 48 with her husband as he traveled with the military.  Mr. and Mrs. Noe are the parents of eight children and grandparents of ten children.  

Mrs. Noe enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities: hunting, fishing, camping, skiing, boating, to name just a few.  During her growing up years she spent a lot of time at her favorite place, Midnight Sun Bible Camp where she still works every summer.  

To gain credentials as a teacher and an administrator, Mrs. Noe attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas and Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) in Springfield, Missouri.  She taught school in Maryland, Florida, Missouri and Oklahoma before returning to Alaska, where she taught in Anchorage and Palmer.  Mrs. Noe served as the Director of Special Services and as elementary principal in Missouri. In all, Mrs Noe has worked in the field of education for 30 plus years.
