Paġlagivsi! (I greet you all!) Scott Lefebvre has been with the Northwest Arctic Borough School District for 11 years. He has served the communities of Buckland, Kivalina, Kobuk, and Ambler as a teacher. While in Ambler, Scott moved to the administrative position and served in that role for the past 6 years. Scott’s passion in education and his love for the NANA region led him to accepting the Assistant Superintendent position for the 2021-2022 school year.

 

Scott is passionate about involving students, parents, and all stakeholders in building lasting relationships to allow for greater student success. He is a firm believer that community involvement from all branches is crucial to student growth. As a district leader, Scott is looking forward to working with all entities throughout the region to better serve our students and communities. Taikuulapiaq! (Thank you very much!)
