Eligibility:

• Any High School or College aged student
  
• Must produce a video answering the questions:

1. What does being an Alaskan mean to you?
2. What makes you proud to be an Alaskan?
3. How are you involved in your community to make Alaska even better?

• Must upload video to YouTube before filling out application
• Provide link to video when filling out the application

Checklist:

1. Uploaded video to YouTube
   
2. Completed Application
3. Essay answering same questions as video
4. Acceptance Letter
5. High School Transcript
6. 3 Letters of Reference
